...Northrup's tanker be prosecuted? These people are apparently either incompetent and or purposely deceptive. If they are incompetent, don't they at least deserve to be fired and Dishonorably Discharged? And if they are deceptive, how about prison?

I think cocky military people who cost the American public billions of dollars, should be prosecuted, don't you? Maybe God wants them in prison!
