Should a person do oral sex if the penis has open sores on it?

as long as you put a condom over it and use dental guards and after ask him to seek medical attention if you cant wait. If you can wait, get treatment and still use condoms and dental guards.
 
Definitely not. Open sores can be spread to another person's mouth, and in turn back to your penis or that of another.
