If you want the job your going to have to lie your way through it. Those tests are soooo stupid. They want dumb brainless followers with no self awareness to work for them. If they for an instant think your a free thinker I think an alarm goes off somewhere. You know some idiot with a title sits and thinks this crap up all day and then they get to "analyze" you. : )
 
...employment ethics test? ...(Yes or No: Would you inform a supervisor about witnessing a fellow employee stealing an office pen?)

Because...I know I would have to lie on that one and say "yes" in order to get the job, what would you do?
