Should a Mom take care of cooking for her family?

My mom absolutely refuses to food shop ever or cook anything that doesn't need to be heated up in the microwave. I am still in school and live at home and pay for 95% of all my meals which consist of fast food. When I confront her about our family's unhealthy lifestyle she sends me on a guilt trip and says that I should be the one cooking.
Extra details:

Mom works part time about 15 hours a week.

Mom goes to the gym everyday for an hour.

Mom buys groceries for herself and makes sure she is well fed.
Dad works 40 hours a week. Refuses to cook because he's worn out from work. I also work 40 hours a week.

It really depends. You didn't say if Mom is working, if you work and go to school.
If mom works all day and you sit at school and then come home... There should be a shared division of the labor around the house.

if you're working full time, and going to school, she should cook

if you're going to school, you should split time.

if this you are 'in school' but on summer break, then you should be cooking every meal for her.
