should a capacitor have power all the time? like directly hooked to my battery?

thats how you wire them yes, however im not sure, i just bought a Kinetik Car Audio battery, those are equal too 100 capacitors, and pretty cheap too,


but no it wont run your battery dead, its basically like a battery
