Should a Belgium mother complain yes or no? She has two daughters with her husband, and he wants a divorce, and the mother has to give 50/50 custody with no child support to their father. Her husband told her that he never loved her and used her to have children and planed this before her married her. He is a very good father, and can be trusted as a parent 100 percent even with a new born. The youngest one is a newborn and the other one is only two years old. If the mother wants her children to live with her father that is fine with him to, but she is expected to be very active involved in her children live and spend a lot of time with them every week.
