Shoud I Report Bike Stolen?

I bought a motorcycle, year later a guy wants to buy it off me... I still owe on it but am tired of the payment... So i tell him i will, he cant get the loan for it but says he will pay like $1000 a month on it... So I get a notarized contract and I am feeling good about the deal.

Its a month later now and payment time is here... His Phone number no longer works, and he is no longer employed at his old job...

Would that make my bike stolen? I am unsure of how to peruse this... I still have the title and all documentation... What are my options here?
 
sure call the cops i dont care but if not u could handle on own unless u know this person and he is a creep or has a gun or knife or anything that is a wepon
