Shortcut key for Flash timeline?

You know how if you have a document open and you hit Ctrl + Home key, you jump to the very beginning of the document?

I was wondering if there was a shortcut key similar for Flash 8 (or above) where instead of scrubbing through the timeline, I can hit a couple keys and I am at the very beginning/end of the timeline.

This would be very useful for when I have 2000+ keyframes!
