Shortcut application??? s60v3

is there a shortcut application were you can bind keys to a specific function on the phone? like binding the a key to make a task inside the setting menu? the build in shortcut app in s60v3 can only take me to the setting menu and not the
menus under is like networks settings...

The short answer is no - but, this summer we will get a version of Smart Settings for S60 3rd and not yet sure what the capabilities will be. As GSM/UMTS are options within a menu though, I don't know if it would work.

Time to hit the s60.com wishlist!
