Im 27 year old male, i consider myself very fit physically and play football(soccer) weekly and go to the gym 4-5 times a week and do cardio and weights.
I suffered from deppression from 2005(whilst in the army) until 2008. Since about 2008 i have started to experience sharp and what i would think most people would consider very painful pains in my head, Nearly always on the left hand side near the centre of the skull.
I have noticed also that when im very tired or suffer from lack of sleep my speech slurs slightly, my hearing has got steadily worse in about the last 3 years and my memory has gone from average to terrible sometimes.
The pain is not really like a headache and doesnt really feel like any pressure is building up but does sometimes make my ears pop and my eyes water and then goes away.
Any ideas?
I wanna go to the doctor but i feel abit like a hypochondriac due to constant visits to the doctor in the past due to depression
