short animated film about man who sees himself on the side of where he is after lightning storm?

i think he is struck by lightning or something and when he wakes up he notices that what he sees in front of him is actually on the side of him.. its hard to explain.. but he tries to fix the problem by being struck again. can someone please tell me the title of this film and possible give me a link to it.
