Shopping for a Nokia N73. Have some q's

Hi all ... After some careful comparisons with the K800 vs. N73, I've decided to go with Nokia. This would be my first Nokia. So, while looking for a N73 I came up with some questions.

1) So, there are no two variants of the N73 (quad band or triband UMTS), right?

2) Follow up from first questions, I noticed that some N73 have the tag/sticker of UMTS and TIM ... and some others do not? Can some one please explain that to me? Does that give any indication of where the phone is from? Also, are those removable?

3) Are there any problems with the joystick on this phone because I had a SE k750 and that was horrible?

4) This phone does not have A2DP but is there any software or hardware to make it have it?
 
1) there is 1 version and it is quad-band egsm, and euro-band umts
2) no clue, but see above
3) joystick is not the best, some people's have fallen out, mine has been ok.
4) you need MSI Blueplayer and either an i-tech or MSI headset. Also they have to be the newest versions. i-tech ones must have a sticker that says compatible with n73. I have the i-tech r35 and it works really well, quality is comparable to adapter using shures.
5) no clue
 
Honestly I don't see the price dropping much more anytime soon. It has levelled off. I bought mine back in August, halfway through, and paid right around $450-500 shipped, which is about what they're going for now, give or take.

but seriously, the n73 is really holdin its value down here at the stores in hawaii. havent found another one for under 400 yet my phone is still worth good $$
 
thanks for helping me with my questions ... yea it seems too me like the prices are still the same from couple of months also. But I notice that the N80 is getting cheaper though.

Nokia prices in India just dropped 5-20% across the board this week, including n73/n80. n80 is cheaper than n73ME by 10% and by n73 by 5%. Sharpest fall has been in n73/n80/n91, almost 20%. E series prices by much less, 5-10%.
 
my freind sold his on ebay for like $420
and i m thinking of selling mine too on BST for like $420 or else i will sell it on ebay too if anyone interested then pm me
