I don't exercise usually but today I bought an Ab Roller and used it doing 20 pushes.
Now I have a shooting pain in the upper part of my right arm. Is this normal?
I wouldn't usually ask but I am really paranoid about heart problems and read somewhere a few weeks ago that the arm pain of a heart attack can occur in either arm and I'm worrying quite a bit.
