Anyone heard much about, or seen this movie about the Rwandan genocides yet?

I've seen Hotel Rwanda and though it was a great film. Just wondered if this was supposed to be as good. Is it going to be in cinemas?
 
I've read that it was made by the same person that's made 'Basic Instinct 2'...how bizarre! I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.
 
its a pity both films are coming out so close together, as there are bound to be jokes along the lines whats the difference between a rwandan genocide film and basic instinct? well ones shooting DOGS and the others... :D :D
