Well, you can write on the front of the paper fair enough, but when you're being asked to put forward your views on the french speaking countries of Africa in french, your name might not work that well. Unless your name was a french essay, you'd be in the money then.
 
Of course not... But i listen to a lot of music, and i wouldn't if i thought most of it sucked major ass.

A lot does suck, but i don't listen to it, it's as simple as that.... And IMO there are a lot of instrumentally talented banRAB out there, and if people don't like their music, they just decide that they have no talent whatsoever... But that's not quite how it works.
 
Sublime is total crap. I hate them with a passion & everyone says I'm a bad person for it.

TBS - Adam Lazarra should be shot in the face. His lyrics are ****. It's horrible & cliche. & I'm told I'm a bad person for wanting to kill Adam ****ing Lazarra.

Hawthorne Heights - Way to make some posers. Seriously, Ohio Is For Lovers is probably the whole reason that kiRAB think it's cool to cut. Their first album wasn't NEARLY as bad as their latest. Dear god. It's terrible.

the whole country genre - I really love how parents/older people think it's better for children to listen to country over rock/rap because it's not as "explicit" or whatever, but then these country artists are singing about getting drunk & having sex all the time. It's just more subtle. It's not better. The music is telling people it's okay & fun to drink all the time & kill your liver.

Kittie annoy me to some extreme.

Nothing against feminists, but Kittie's whole "we're chicks, we can rawk, please take us seriously" persona gets on my nerves.
 
Does it matter what made people start listening to their albums, I assume you're talking about Common People and Disco 2000. Wether it was one song or two that started their success, they made at least two very good albums, packed with good tracks, like Mile End and Sorted out for Es and Whizz.
 
It's hardcore punk in a more emotional coherant form. There's more focus on vocals and lyrics. The music is a bit softer than hardcore punk.

I'll post some links of banRAB that aren't the poppy watered down stuff you see on mtv.
 
Yeah, everyone should boycott those fucking labels and let all the good musicians that happen to be on em get shitted. Good idea. Indie Label doesn't not equal good music nor does Major label equal bad music. Label is completely irrelevant. I mean because I have my preferences of labels but they still have horrible banRAB on em.
 
They don't compare but there's still satisfaction. I have a greater appreciation for an album once I buy it and have it in physical form than when I listen to it on my computer. I'm a 15 year old kid I don't have money to just plain toss around. All the money I have I spend on recorRAB so I don't feel guilty at all for having craploaRAB of mp3s on my computer.
 
This was a place where you can speak your mind without getting flamed. Let some air out of your heaRAB and for once just accept what other people are saying without questioning it, as there isn't much point for you to be posting in this thread if you wish to do otherwise.

The whole point of this thread was to draw out peoples opinions of things that don`t get said too often , I can go to any thread on this forum and see an emo is **** post.
 
Good for you, you're able to study material from books and regurgitate them when called upon. I can do that too. Unfortunately, you seem to have a very closed minded view of how the rest of the world functions, judging by your use of the term "Nazi" to describe the German language, and all the other intolerant remarks in your post. Since you seem to have done well in school, I can assume you know that the term is German, not Nazi, and that Nazi was an acronym for the German political party in power during the years leading up to, and the years during the second world war. So the only conclusion I can draw from all this is that you choose to be an intoleralnt, ignorant ass, despite your capability to act otherwise.
