So I went bicycling out in a 20 mile bike trail, I was Full of energy I had a nice meal and plenty of water through the ride, the terrain was Pretty tough i was not tired at all, i am 21 and my girlfriend is 20 and both of us started shivering and our hearts felt tingly like heart burn, then I started feeling a tingly sensation going from my arm and chest to my heart, But I was drinking plenty of water and it was 96 degrees out side, but all the other people were having no problems, and we are in shape anybody knows what caused this??
Also we dont smoke.

well what it sounds like is the b-vitamins in your body were hard at work. When I take my multivitamin and b-vitamin supplements they make me do the same thing. I was worried until I read up that they are responsible for your energy metabolism and they also cleanse the blood and are good for circulation. They expel the toxins through your skin and that creates the sweating effect and drinking water increases this effect and the sweat cools the body off. Sweating is also a mechanism to regulate the body temperature and the hotter it is the more you sweat and the cooler the body gets which might explain the shiver especially if you go through any shady areas. It would be just like when you first get out of a pool wet and the wind hits you. You get cold because of the water on your skin. It sounds like your blood was circulating and it was a lot more because you were doing a form of cardio exercise which gets the bloodflow moving. That is my take on it anyway.
