alright, so there is the guy who raped my friend when they were dating and did some stuff to me. my friends and i dont know what to do, deal justice ourselfs or goto the police? my friend ended up pregnent and had a miscarriage the 3rd mo., he continued to harass her and is currently stalking me. we want to handle it b/c the police may not do anything, but we dont want to get into trouble. umm... suggestions?
 
mwahaha. Well, just let me know and his service is urs. (btw, just kidding. Although I think u could maul him pretty well urself if u tried. lure him and then when he has his pants down and gaurd down as well, strike.) A fucker like that should have to suffer with damaged goods for life. Mwahaha. Don't mess with maggie!
 
Going to the police would be the only logical choice. Resulting to violence will likely just get you in trouble, and could possibly make your accusations less credible. Don't make a bad situation worse, do the intelligent thing.

Also make a written statment of everything you can remember . Make sure to be truthfully and honestly, tell them why you did not report this sooner. Watch your wording very carefully, reread it over and over and try not to get confused or change your answer to questions. Do Not be afraid to report something like this. Remember by you not voicing your voice it lets him do it to someone else. Which if you say he did stuff to you and raped your friend its already happened. You sound pretty young this is the best help i can offer and I can only grant you strenght through this

while the police is logical, they really wont do anything b/c of lack of physical proof. b/c of that we'll just make him mad and he'll do something. when i say that he'll do something, its not b/c im scared, its b/c he WILL DO SOMETHING. he is... disterbed and wont think twice about hurting us. he's done it before, not to a chick yet, and he knows where we live all our friends and he follows me everywhere. im almost 100% ill find him outside right now if i looked! im really scared, i have a guy friend staing with me, but in about a week he has to go out of town 4 a few days and i have to stay here and i cant go anywhere else and no one else can stay overnight. so, what the hell do i do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! :feedback:
 
Do you realize that there are stalking laws.... That you are protected by the poliece. If you tell them your situation and how afraid you are of this guy...... they may i ssue a restraining order. In fact when ever you accuse someone of rape i think one is already issued to protect the rape victim. You are being stupid. call the 1-800-

they will be able to provide you with more info to go about reporting this and protecting yourself. A guy friend won't do much good if he has a gun. hunny.....
 
i have, unfortunely, gone through this before and all they will do is tell him to leave and promise to do checks on my house from time to time. if i use a restraining order, it cant stop him from breaking into my house one night and doing something, its just paper. rape victims are only protected if they have proof, i dont, cops are really shitty about that here, i live in san diego. i've been raped before, went the legal route, had proof, and the guy was never even charged. he's out and free, itll just happen again. SD sucks... i shpuld move...
 
Your being dumb. Honestly. If you have a restraining order it gives you better grounds to stand on. You need to file a complaint and request a rstraining order. You also need to explain to them. You let all proof of being raped by this guy go down the tube, but there are still ways to prove your case but you won't know untill you speak up.

Also. Get mace, Take so self defences classes, and keep a phone that has 9-1-1 on speed dial.



Understand. Before you and your guy friend wind up in a ditch as cold dead bodies somewhere. I am not trying to scare you I am telling you what a very real possiblity could be. Your safer going to the police then you are worry about what will and won't happen and doing NOTHING.
 
i was just browsing through this and saw this sentance. 911 on speed dial? On average how much more time does it take to dial 2 extra numbers... Not trying to make fun or try to make this subject sound lighter than it is... just a little comment.

Going to the police is the correct thing, even though I personally hate cops, they haven't done a thing for me when I've been wronged (mugged, robbed from, car broken into) and theyve done too many things when im innocent (accused of peeing on neighbors door... how rediculous).
