So school just started and I'm going into my senior year.
Now you need to understand, before school started I was hitting the gym everyday with max energy and everything felt great. I thought school wouldnt be a problem, been there done that, right?
FUCKING WRONG! I get home And i feel just super tired, I Hate taking naps cuz then I cant get sleep that night and plus my gym is just overrun by complete idiots by the time i wake up from the nap and it just gets too crowded. I take my N.O. Xplode but it doesnt even have the same effect anymore cuz my mind is in a whole different place. I feel tired mid work out (I'm going right after school right now), I feel tired getting home from school Like i just want the day to pause and take a breather for me. This is just the first fucking week too so...
Anyone have any suggestions on how to overcome that tired feeling so I can get a good workout and just enjoy the day better? You know... any other suggestions instead of STFU, GTFO and die! I know THAT sounds like a good idea too but seriously
P.S. I know that was a long thread of me just crying about feeling gay, but it's really just bugging the shit outta me, and I wanna see how useful you useless people can actually be! xD
