The most ironic part is while the arabs were using british technique/weaponry... the jews were using german warfare technique (blitzkrieg style) and german weapons as well...they studied the nazis quite well.

If you're talking about 1948 that was a joke. Israel was so much more advanced militarily than the other countries, it wasn't even close. If nuclear weapons are taken out of the picture, then things are much more even now. Technologically Israel does not have much of an advantage anymore. And I have no clue where this whole myth got started about Israeli soldiers being some of the best trained and professional soldiers in the world. That's ridiculous, the IDF are a bunch of incompetent little kids. Just go back and look what happened when they went against Hamas and Hezbollah. Israeli soldiers are required by law to serve, don't expect them to be all enthusiastic and dedicated.
 
Not relevant, first off that was a sneak attack by Israel in 1967, we're now talking about present day Israel. They're no where near as hungry as they used to be.
