Shift-Tech does it again

Just a quick note to give you all yet another example of how Shift-Tech takes care of business.

I picked up a couple of CF parts from Guido about a month ago. I was this month's tool, and didn't ask him for the member discount and shipping deal. I know, totally my fault, and in no way should Shift-Tech owe me anything. Still I figured with his reputation for being so customer oriented, I would contact Guido.

So I PM'd him today about my mess up and he gets back to me within hours. He offers that the next order I place with them he will pull my old order, figure the discount and what I paid for shipping and take that off the new order, on top of the normal discount and shipping deal.

What a class act. Guido, you better get used to my emails and orders, you've got a customer for life.

I need those and the intake runner covers and I am done I think. 1000 dollars is just hard to justify right now since I just spent about 5000 lol. Termi exhaust was worth it though.
 
Hmm..He must like your face much better than mine..I messed up and forgot about it and asked him about it after receiving them, but got a different answer...no biggie, would have been about 40 bucks, which in this total bankruptcy of repclacing plastics with CF is nothing..

Sammy, if this was the case then either I or you had a brain fart at that time but that's not the way I do business. I don't believe or at least hope I never told somebody that the discount if not mentioned just did blow out of the window. There are some guidelines out of fairness to the members that do mention the discount and support the forum and I do remember a case of a member joining the forum apx. 4 weeks after he placed an order and then wanting to have the discounted credited back to him, that's something that just won't be fair to others.
Believe me , I could have just stayed quiet and this would have gone away but not the way I am.

If and with a big if this really did happen then we will fix it, email me to [email protected] with your invoice # and if possible with the email that you received at that time- I will fix it!
 
Hey there, no biggie. I do not remember when I joined, but you can search for Ohlins Install notes post that I made (one of my first posts) and that was in early May, I placed an order on Mid July..I will forward the tread to you and I was thinking of getting some stuff anyway again, so maybe we will work it out that way. Don't get me wrong, it was my mistake to begin with and I was super happy with your stuff..email sent from my hotmail
