Sherlock Holmes Sequel Out 2011

Guy Ritchie film Sherlock Holmes the sequel will be released in late 2011. Robert Downey Jr will appear again as Sherlock Holmes and Jude Law is reported to return as Watson. Stephen Fry confirmed on The Danny Baker Show on Five Live - that he will be playing Sherlock Holmes Brother.

I was hoping it would be out sooner than that.

But, then again, I'd rather they didn't rush it and we end up with something disappointing. I really hope it lives up to the first, which I absolutely adored!

I haven't brought myself to watch the first film yet - I am a real fan of the books and every trailer I have seen just makes me think they have ruined the character.

Guy Richie has never been a brilliant director in my eyes, but maybe I will give this film a try one day - when it is released on Sky.

I find it a very interesting choice as Moriarty especially after all the rumours about Brad Pitt. I think its good that they have not gone for a big name!
