Shaving cut throat razor.. help?

My boyfriend recently told me he wanted a shaving cut throat razor as a xmas present.

I was wondering if anyone has one of these, and if so, which one should i get?

Should i get him a beginnners gift set? The most i am willing to pay is £50-£60.
