Sharper facial features?

okay, i'm gonna start out by saying that i'm still a teen, a guy, 5' 9", and 120 lbs. I just want my face to have sharper features, without using any kind of makeup.

i already run and excercise almost two hours after school every day, so i don't think i could do more with excercising.

my nose is round and fat at the tip, which gets on my nerves. also, i'd like to have more of my cheekbones to show, because right now, they seem kind of non-existent.

Do you have any ideas for getting sharper facial features? Diets, massages, etc.?

I know I'm a girl, so you might not exactly trust my judgement, but you're still a teenager! Your facial structure will grow out of this more childish appearance while you're in your twenties, don't worry! Plus, softer and less sharp facial structure can be endearing, too. Don't worry. ^_^

in the morning, when i rub in my lotion, i kind of "pinch" my nose into shape, and kind of push up my cheeks WITH OUT wrinkling my eye area because i don't want wrinkles. in the morning, your (well my) face is still kind of swollen (from sleeping because you don't have a separate heart for your lymphatic system… kind of like feet in the morning how they're somewhat swollen but not visibly larger or anything) so by massaging your face with chilly water, it helps drain away the lymph which is just the plasma in your blood (plasma is the liquid part of blood)

i'll be blunt. sharper features won't grow on you no matter how hard you try.
sometimes they WILL grow, however, but you won't have to try because that's just puberty and maturation into adulthood.
there is plastic surgery, but i won't personally recommend it and i know you don't want someone to cut open your nose either.
so here are your choices.
1. exercise and lose the fat if you had any
2. wait until you grow older.

there is this one thing i do though, but sticking out my jaw bone i make my jawline look more defined. try it. but it's a conscious thing, you have to remember to do it.

If you're a teen you may have a more "baby" face until you're a little older..But trust me that's not a bad thing. I was watching a video in my AP psych class and they said the most attractive people have a face with baby charactersistics but also older characteristics..So if you look young then don't worry about the sharper features!! I've never noticed anything like that on a guy that's the last thing i would notice. aha like no girl ever says, "he has such sharp features" haha

please answer mine?? No one is really answering

HGH and excess testosterone (try to avoid DHT) will sharpen your features in general. You can increase your HGH levels by 600% by taking niacin (not the no-flush variety) before heavy 30 minute exercise. HGH will also make you grow bigger and taller.

But sadly, you cheekbones and nose are mostly genetic, like most parts of our appearance.

Another thing you could do is avoid eating very much fat and sugar. They'll raise your estrogen levels and make you look "softer".
