I woke up in the middle of the night with a bad sharp pain in my right lower abdomen. It feels like a pulling pain really sharp, and it hurts to suck your stomach in, bend your back, and stretch out. I usually get this with gas pains occasionally, but today, it's worse than ever, and it won't go away. It also hurts at the belly button and all around. Can it heal? Is it serious? It hurts to go to the bathroom. It gives me like a nervous feel in my stomach. Please, I hope I don't need surgery. Can I take ibuprofen for it?
