Sharp pains in my stomach and back?

I've been having sharp pains on the right side of my stomach and under my belly button and now my back. Went to the doctors yesterday and got a cat scan and blood tests and etc. but they can't seem to find anything wrong. I'm wondering if anyone went through this... it's been going on for 4 days now.
 
I had similar pain and discomfort and was eventually diagnosed with IBS AKA Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It means the intestines are spasming. It can really hurt. I am unsure if this is what you have but don't rule it out. Also did they do a urine test to check for bladder infection?
