I have a friend who text me and told me that if feels like someone is stabbing him in his diaphragm when ever he breaths through it. His breathing is normal and when he breaths shallow and through his chest, there is no pain. This pain only occurs when he breaths deep and in his diaphragm. Anyone know what this could be?
