I been having sharp pain on both my ovaries now for a couple of days. I haven't had my period since January 1 and I have had a dermoid cyst in my left ovary. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative, so there's no way I could be pregnant,and since a couple months ago,I been having to urinate frequently - imy doctor told me nothing was wrong with my urinate... any suggestions what it might be ???
