Sharp pains in breasts?

I have a doctor’s appointment next Wednesday but I am worried now. Okay so I am not pregnant. I had an HSG test done back in December since I have been trying to get pregant for 13 months with no success. I never got my period after that. I spotted for a week a day after my period was supposed to come. But it was so light I never needed anything. Well then two days ago I started my period I think. I haven’t had any actual flow though, just red streaks when I wipe. I took a few pregnancy tests back when my real period never showed up and they were all negative. Well yesterday I started getting some shooting pains in me left breast. They felt like they were starting right in the center of my breast and shot out to my nipple. I felt really wet on my left breast but there was nothing there. It was strange. Then today now I am getting shooting pains in my right breast. I don’t feel the same wet sensation this time and the pain feels like its more on the sides of my breast but still shooting out to my nipple again. What do you think is going on? When I get the pains they hurt BAD. Could my body have gotten all out of whack from the HSG test and is causing this pain now?
