K *kay* New member Jan 12, 2011 #1 I am 36 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden got 2 episodes of really sharp pains in my upper stoamch. I have no idea what it was and i'm a little worried. It wasnt to painful, but definately hurt a little. Anyone know?
