Sharp Pain Under Belly Button?

So me and my friend were sort of goofing around yesterday and he was laying on the floor holding me up by his feet..I did the same with him, and after that it felt like my intestines were dying. I have no idea what happened, but he said that something could have moved? ya, I really have no idea...it feels better now but it stayed at way for an hour, maybe a little more and was still sore for a bit later on...
sorry, I meant to say it stayed that way for an hour ...
