Sharp pain in right side?

I'm not sure where it is, but I suppose it's in the pelvic area. I've been having sharp pain all day. I can't even explain it, but it hurts.

There's no possible way for me to be pregnant.
This morning it hurt so much that it woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. It felt better after I went pee, but then it started hurting again.
And it's only in the right side...
It can't be my period... I don't even get cramps when I'm on my period.
It hurts to cough or sneeze... or stretch.
Idk what else.
I just thought I'd also mention that (this is embarrassing...) I'm pretty gassy right now, and my stomach really hurts. I feel like vomiting but I'm afraid to.
 
It could be an infection, or possibly just gas. Try taking some Tums or some gas relief pills and see if it helps. Another possibility is an infected lymph node. Lymph nodes are located on the chest, under the armpits, under the jaw, and under the waist line under the stomach and abs. If one has swelled, doctors can easily go in and drain it. That could be causing the pain also. The reason you felt better after you urinated would be because you were putting less pressure on either your stomach (gas) or the lymph nodes (swollen or infected lymph node). You could gain that pain back quickly if you gained a little gas or if the lymph swelled more.
