I was playing football at school when i got hit in the groin area by a tackler. I can see visible red marks or cuts and it is difficult to walk ( i am able to walk however but not without sharp pains from here to there). The biggest pain occurs when i try to lift my leg up. PLEASE HELP! NEED ANSWERS NOW i am 13 yrs old btw
