Sharp pain in my right hip when I move certain ways?

When I walk and turn certain ways for the last few days I have been getting sharp pains in my right hip. I also notice that when I put my hand on my side I can feel a grinding or crunching when I walk. I have also been having a dull ache when I sit I don't remember a certain time when I hurt it it just started hurting. Any ideas?
