Whenever I touch my foot, between my arch of my foot and the little bump-thing (not the ankle), it really hurts. This has been happenig for quite some time, and I dont know what to do. Could this be anything in particular. My days are filled with activites so I cant get and X-Ray or anything till like in a month. What should I do?
