I'm 14 and over the past few days i've had really sharp pains in my right adbdomen area. It started near my naval area, but gradually got lower and more painful. Some symptoms accompanied with the pain are; diahrrea, loss of appetite, slight fever, and nausea. The pain gets worse if i press on the area and when i'm active. I suspect it's appendicitis, but if it is, and it doesn't show up on the lab tests, will they still remove my appendix?
