So I calculated my ovulation using an app on my iPhone a day before I was suppose to ovulate i got a sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my lower abs. And my breasts are really sore about 3 days beforehand and continued on being sore after. The Internet said it might be because when you ovulate the egg literally busts out of the ovary. Thoughts please?
