I've been playing guitar for about seven years and have never had this problem before but recently I was playing and I got this insanely sharp pain in the tip of my index finger. It's been about 5 days now and anytime I touch anything with that finger it's pretty intense pain. I'm not being dramatic either I'm actually relearning how to walk after serious surgery after a car accident so I know a thing or two about what qualifies as serious pain lol. But I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so what remedies do you use for it?
