Ok, I just noticed this like 20 min ago. I'm at work and I didn't have any kind of trama...i.e. I didn't run into anything or hit my chest on anything...that I remember (lol).
But about every 5-8 min, I'm noticing a really sharp pain in the left side of my left breats. It only last like 1-3 seconds then goes away. I want to know how long I should let this go on before I make an appt with my OBGYN. She is hard to get into so if this sounds like something serious then I'll go ahead and make an appt, but if you think it's no big deal unless it lasts a few more days then I'll wait. I don't wanna make an appt and have it not happen again ever...
Some info to help:
I'm 24
No history of breast cancer or polyps or benign tumors
Not on any kind of horemones...i.e. not taking the pill (use other non-horemone forms of birth control)
And as far as I can tell, there is no irregularity structurally where the pain is, that is there is no bump/lump or anything and at my last yearly checkup my Doc did a breast exam and she didn't mention anything odd.
