Today i stood up and my knee hurt so bad I had to lay down for a few minutes. This has happened twice. The pain is really unbearable and is coming from the sides of my knee cap and from inside the knee area. I could still move it while in pain but could not stand or walk. The pain diminished since then. Currently it just aches. About five years ago i had ACL surgery and haven't really had any problems. I also may have torn my meniscus four years ago but the doctor could not tell without going in for surgery and said i would be fine with out it. It is not swollen. I am 19 years old.
