I'm a 22yo male, and I'm pretty out of shape. I just started running at the park, and it's pretty cold out. Well, when I'm jogging I get this sharp chest pain slightly to the right side of the sternum. It doesn't radiate and it doesn't feel like pressure... just sharp.
And it only happens when I breathe. If I run really fast and then hold my breath, I don't feel the pain. But it only happens until I catch my breath.
Could this be because of the cold weather? A few months ago, I ran daily for a couple of months and never felt this pain.
