The adapter is highly dependent on who you buy from, so always ask that person before you buy.
Pros of the 903:
- Brilliant Screen
- Unique Design
- Great Camera
- Rare as all
Cons of the 903:
- If you want it to be easy you have to buy it unlocked and set up for your network. Take a look at that forum space and every day there are new posts on how to configure it.. a difficult phone with little real support (forum guys are nice as all though)
- For what it does, I think, it's expensive. The best part about it is the camera, and compared to other phones with about the same features its avg $100 above. But, again, you are paying to get it unlocked, imported, and probably be the only one on the block with it.
W900i Pros:
- Storage out the Ying Yang
- Walkman phones usually have the best MP3 capabilities
- Very large and nice looking screen
W900i Cons:
- Freakin huge (the 903 isn't small either, so there)
- Freakin Expensive (but as opposed to the 903, the price is actually coming down)
Personal W900i Cons (these are my personal gripes about the phone and are not "real" cons)
- I absolutely hate the swivel action. I think its silly to constantly have to turn my phone around to get it to face me right.
- There are no real design elements. Its just an upgraded s710a in all black or all white.
If i had to choose either I would probably choose the 903 because I think when it's unlocked and fully configured for the network, it is a good phone. I also like the exclusitivity of it. Right now the w900i has that same exclusitivity, but when the price drops then we should see more of them abounds.
I think for ease of use, listening to music, and using a phone as a phone (and not a status symbol) the W900i wins hands down.
