Sharks vs. Flames game blacked-out?!?!?!?!?

I have Dish Network, and I am usually able to watch Sharks games on Comcast Sportsnet or Verses but BOTH channels say that the sharks game is blacked out. I live near San Jose also. First, why is it blacked-out? Second, is there anything I can do as far as getting something from dish network (something free etc) or watching it online or ANYTHING?!!? Im super pissed!!!!!! Please help!
 
Ouch, I have DishNetwork and yeah my satellite went down.
So we had to pull out the bunny ears.

The game is being broad casted on CBC.
