Sharing the Love Mafia Style for MetroPCS Users!

I just wanted to share that I will be over in the MetroPCS forums helping them get WAP and MMS enabled for phones flashed over to their network.

It seems that MetroPCS has finally opened their network, allowing the ESN's of other carrier's phone to be added to their activation database.

For the past few years, we Cricket users have enjoyed the exploit of many a phone, and I just thought it would be nice to serve the MetroPCS community.

If anyone cares to join me, great: They've made quite a bit of progress over there and it's important to recognize all their hard work. Let's not go over there and bully them like we know everything! (I know things can get harsh here in the Cricket forums, but with all our well-written tutorials in place there's really no excuse for disrespectful noob behavior.)

Just spreadin' the love! :buddies:

We are still without electricity and Internet here where I live because of the storm.

Meanwhile, if someone could extract the MMS, Brew, WAP, Browser, etc. settings from a MetroPCS Motorola hanRABet, I could get cracking on getting WAP and MMS to work for their hanRABets.

Let's go team! :clapping:

The problem with Metro is getting them to put an ESN on the account. They use houdini and can do most basic hanRABets, but almost no PDA's. Once you get the basic WAP settings should be pretty easy from there on.

Maybe someone here with a spare RAZR (or whatever Moto) can flash it with a MetroPCS monster, then extract the settings for me that way.

I would do it myself if my Internet and electricity weren't out......

I been without electricity since last friday :( and it seems like i may not get it back till Sept.22.
Im in Houston btw, this freakin storm made the town kinda hectic the last few days..

Ive been willing to share the love with the MetroPCS people however since i dont have the power to flash to Metro it kind of sucks, as far as i can see, The IAM are picking what dealers can flash and who can not. ill be willing to help but like i said it be nice if it was like cricket that we can load up the ESN with out having there so called flashing program. PS i have also heard they are changing there Settings. however that info still neeRAB to be confrimed.

;^) A welcome venture, but I only have the one phone, and Cricket has been good to me so far, so I've no incentive to switch to another provider. I'll enjoy watching things develop, though.
