There are cities all over the world where this is already very similar to what's going on. Los Angeles and Chicago are particularly bad. The food issues etc are exaggerated for effect though.

There's even areas of Glasgow that are no go areas if you aren't in the right gang.

I await a Daily mail campaign to get it banned.
