1yr and few months ago when my contract in a big company finished, I immediately jump for the first job offer as I didn't want to stay at home with my freelance job and be depressed (I lost my child). This company offered me job as self-employed with lower wage but they promised percentage from profit and pay-rise later on. When I started I got better jobs offers (even from previous company) in first month but I decided to stay in the company as I saw they will be in in trouble due to deadlines for a new season and I didn't want to feel guilty to leave them like that....
I made a big changes in the company (branding, websites, promotions, emails, it security, network, and so on) it's definitely a huge improvement for the company I know our chairman is pleased. Problem is I really don't feel appreciated I saved company £10.000,00 by creating a intranet and internet application and every time when I talk to chairman about my pay rise he says I wanna keep you I'll come back to you next week and again it's 3 month and nothing!!! It happened 3 times.....and the funniest thing is I still haven't got any contract... I'm pissed off I'm thinking to leave without any notice (of course I find another job before I leave) but problem is we're about make live booking system for intranet and internet these days and I'm sure it will problem for them to finish it.....shall I be still bored to finish this (for my good name in the field) or shall I just leave??
