Shaky after hot showers

I'm an 18 year old female with no chronic health conditions, I take a very small dose of Zoloft every morning and every single time I take a shower I begin to shake as if I were having a panic attack except I'm not nervous in the least bit. I drink quite a lot of coffee but absolutely nothing happens until I shower. It makes drawing, writing and typing harder but nobody has ever said anything to me so I guess it's not very noticeable.

Any help? Does this happen to anybody else?

strangeways: It's weird that you say it only happens in the shower, however, the coffee consumption could be lowering your magnesium levels. Magnesium helps with muscle twitching. Get some supplements and increase your nut consumption and eat some dark chocolate and try to cut back on the coffee some. If that doesn't work then I'd ask the doctor to check you for any neurological disorders like Parkinson's Disease. That's what Michael J. Fox had.
