Hi everyone. I was not sure where exactly should I put my question, because I have no idea what might cause this, so here it goes.
Since around a year ago I've been having several "episodes" where my fingers start shaking all of the sudden. It's not like when your hand shakes when you get nervous, it's a very distinct shake, like I'm waving my finger vigorously. I can't stop it or control it. At first I thought it might be bad circulation, because my arms and legs get numb very easily, but lately it has been starting even when my arms are totally rested. Today my right index finger started shaking so hard I couldn't hold my phone properly.
It lasts for about 10 minutes, then it slows down a bit, then the whole hand shakes for a little bit, and finally it stops. It usually happens with my left hand, but today was the first time it got to my right hand. And after the shake stops, sometimes my hands hurt a lot for a while.
I have a bit of nervous issues, could it be something related to that? But this happens randomly, not only if I'm feeling nervous.
