I see you didn't get any responses yet, so I thought I would drop you a note.When I read your first sentence, I took it one way ( ie.that you were out of shape mentally),but I believe that you were actually referencing your physical shape.I
never had your exact symtons,but I would see a Dr.to perhaps give you some anxiety medicine.I am starting my diet today.I have high "bad" cholesterol.I do not want to get a stroke,so I am going to try, not to eat between meals.I used to do that during Lent,and I would lose a lot in my waist.I also did ,toe touching. Now it would be "knee touching",due to my present ability.I read recently,that if you try
to eat no more calories, than calories that you use up in a day,you will lose weight.
I am going to keep that in mind.I am going to drink a glass of water every three hours or so.I am going to cut back on sweets,as much as I can.(that is the hardest).
I take 5 deep breaths through the MOUTH(one at a time), hold for a second,then slowly exhale through the NOSE.That calms me down.This message seems convoluted
