Shakespears sonnets!! PLEASE READ?

I can't seem to get this right and i need help....

I have to consider the dejected state expressed in shakespears sonnet number 29
Then consider the intense happiness expressed in shakespears sonnet number 106
Then i must contrast the expierences of love described by the speakers of sonnets 116 and 130

I need help to get started! PLEASE IF YOU KNOW THIS HELPPP MEE!!! 10 pts to best answer!!!!
