No real threats (besides sinking the ship), but amusing in the "villain annoyed to death by the stars of the show's wacky antics" category...
More remarks:
- Guess we can add a new relative to the extended Rogers family, Aunt Vivian (no indication what side of the family---Shaggy's father's or mother's---she's on, though...).
- This must be the zillionth time we've seen Shag and Scoob on a cruise ship of some sort, but the first time they've gone on a vacation alone (sans the gang or Scrappy in tow), unless I'm mistaken. (The last time they took a cruise was probably the "Pirates" DVD from a year or two ago...)
- Shaggy and Scooby must've been knocking back caffeinated drinks or something---they apparently stayed up all night and through part of the next day's action. Either that or like Bruce Wayne they must only need something like 3 hours' sleep...
- Nobody else noticed or cared that a supervillain like Dr. Phibes and his two henchmen were on the ship, apparently.
